Hailing from near Blackwood in Wales, Revolution Rabbit Deluxe was formed in 2019. The four-piece plays alternative rock with punky overtones. It comprises of Rev Rabbit (Guitar and lead vocals), Tim (Bass) Max (Lead Guitars and backing vocals) and Lee (Drums). For a largely secretive bunch, they can be talkative and friendly in person. Some of the band have experienced mental health difficulties with Rev Rabbit being on the Autism Spectrum (Aspergers). Their openness about this is refreshingly uncommon. They have released five albums up until now: Tales From Armaggedonsville; Swipe Left; Myths and Fables; and the critically well received The Great Divide, and Control Freaks, which were released on the now defunct SWND Record label. They will soon to be releasing their sixth album with Bad Monkey Records. The first peek at the new material will debut in early December. The band's influences vary from the lyricism of XTC and Billy Bragg, to the angular rock of Pixies and Smashing Pumpkins with a healthy splash of the Beatles plus other Welsh influences such as Manic Street Preachers and Feeder to boot.#
